This time I was a photographer at the Beckenham Place Mansion and I particularly loved it first because I was hired to photograph someone I know and secondly, since I live in Beckenham, I found the experience intimate and special. Beckenham Place Mansion is located in the fabulous Beckenham Place Park, I would say probably one of the best parks around South London and Bromley. Very well looked after, plenty of space. lots of trees, beautiful background, everything you need!
Being hired by someone you know adds a personal touch, and the fact that I live in Beckenham makes it even more special. The location, definitely is an ideal setting for a photography session. The parks offers wild and wooded areas and provides a beautiful backdrop for the photos and in particular for the couple portrait session.
Beckenham Place Mansion offers the perfect balance of simplicity and elegance, which makes it such a versatile venue. The understated charm of the mansion allows for the space to shine without being overwhelming, providing an ideal setting for a variety of events. PREPARATION
The lovely Kate got ready at her home in Beckenham surrounded by the make up artist katsperringmakeup , close friends, sister, cousins and of course her beautiful and cool mum who I know well! Kate’s kids were also there and they left a bit earlier to be ready for the big entrance before the bride and her dad.
ceremony, RECEPTIOn, SPEECHES and dances
Kate was of course nervous and drank a quick shot before entering the ceremony room….then all got much more relaxed and the love and the family joy got even more strong during drinks and the speeches after the meal meticulously prepared by clerk kitchen
Everything run super smoothly, the dances and the chatting outdoor in the park closed the day in a very special and memorable way
I forgot to mention Dave, the groom, who performed as a DJ at the end of the night and he was truly amazing making everybody join the dancefloor!
